200-Hour Teacher Training
This program focuses on a combination of personal practice development, self-care, and methodology for teaching yoga.
The personal practice and self-care components include Vedic Philosophy, Home Practice, Ayurveda, Mantra, and Meditation.
The teaching yoga component includes sequencing and methodology, postures, breathwork, meditation, chanting, anatomy and physiology, the business of Yoga, ethics, teaching practicum, and more philosophy.
This professional certification program includes homework assignments and assisting outside of the YTT class time. Our program is demanding, and through this work, you can take your practice to the next level and become a skilled teacher.

Cost and Registration
$4000 CAD
A deposit of $500 CAD is required with your application.
We are also excited to share that Janati Yoga School is a Certified Educational Institution with ESDC (Employment and Social Development Canada) and as such issues T2202A tax receipts for tuitions paid.

Dr. Mona Warner

Dr. Mona Warner is the owner of the Janati Yoga School (now online). She is an Āyurvedic Doctor, a National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) recognized Āyurvedic Yoga Therapist (AYT), a NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP), a Yoga Teacher Trainer, and a Vedic Astrologer.
Dr. Mona has been running 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs since 2007, and 300-Hour programs since 2009. She is also the author of Āyurvedic Yoga, Ayurveda's Three Pillars of Health, and the Grief and Ayurveda Workbook. Yoga has been life changing for Mona, which is what inspired her to practice and study more, and eventually teach yoga. She hopes to share these amazing benefits with her students in a practical, useful, and simple way.

My intention is to guide, teach, empower people to connect with their inner knowing, their soul energy, their inner strength and softness. Help them know their “why”, and find their way to being and living in balance, harmony and peace.

Josh McGirk is a massage therapist and nationally and internationally renowned yoga teacher/trainer who specializes in anatomy and education. He teaches workshops that are interactive and full of practical information that is easy to immediately implement.
He believes learning should be light and simple, which can bring about great healing physically and mentally. His workshops follow a simple tenet, “the better we move, the better we feel and the better we think.”
