Please read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information. By using the site you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy.
Note: The privacy practices set forth in in this policy are for websites within the Janati Yoga portfolio. If you link to other third party websites, please review the privacy policies posted at those sites. Janati Yoga is not responsible for how data or information is treated/handled by any third party website that you link to from our site(s).
Mona Warner and Janati Yoga Inc. work to keep your personally identifiable information secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors (who have agreed to keep information confidential and secure) have access to this information. The information collected is used internally for the following reasons:
Process payment,
Registration into a program of your choice,
Update you when required of any possible changes to one of our planned services, and
Determine appropriate participation in the activities and services provided.
Under no circumstances will Mona Warner AND Janati Yoga Inc. sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organization.
Mona Warner AND Janati Yoga Inc. will release only information that is required to be released by law or court order.
Missed Class/Session Policy
For Classes, one-on-one Sessions/Consultations, and Workshops: Same day cancellation or non-attendance will be charged as if attended – no refunds or credits.
For YTTs: Missed class can be made up the following ways:
For programs with an online component, students will make up the missed class time by watching the recordings.
Join the next appropriate YTT session that is running to make up the missed hours. There is no additional charge for this option. There is also no guarantee that the make up class time will cover the missed content. Contact the course facilitator to schedule your make up hours.
Schedule private sessions with the course facilitator to make up the missed hours and content. This option has the additional charge of private classes fees @ $100/hr + HST.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
GENERAL
Full payment holds your spot in any pre-registered series, and/or workshop, and/or private session, and/or yoga teacher training. We operate on a first come first serve basis and our class sizes are fixed, ranging from 8 to 25 participants/class.
If a pre-registered series, and/or workshop, and/or yoga teacher training is cancelled by Janati Yoga due to low enrolment, registrants of the course will have the following options:
Transfer to an equivalent course that is running at no extra charge to the participant and with no additional administrative fees.
Option to credit their account in the amount paid for use in a future offering, with no additional administrative fees.
Full refund with no additional administrative fees.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
Twenty-four (24) hours notice is required for cancellation of single sessions.
Same day cancellation or non-attendance will be charged as if attended – no refunds or credits.
Missed session(s) without the appropriate notice of 24 hours will be charged as if attended.
Missed session(s) with appropriate notice will be rescheduled based on instructor availability.
WORKSHOPS
Cancellations more than seven (7) days prior to the workshop start date can be refunded minus a 15% administration and processing fee, or the account can be credited with no administration and processing fees.
Cancellations within seven (7) days of the workshop start date will not be refunded. The participant will receive a credit towards a future offering in the amount they paid for the workshop with no penalties.
Cancellations the day of the workshop will not be refunded nor credited. Same day cancellation or non-attendance will be charged as if attended.
For Workshops Led By a GUEST TEACHER from OUT OF TOWN - No refunds or credits will be granted within three (3) weeks/ twenty-one (21) days of the program start date.
For YTTs
For our Deep Dive and 200-hr Programs:
Deposits are non-refundable less than six (6) weeks before the course start date. As such, any cancellations six (6) weeks or less to the start date of the deposit fee is non-refundable.
Deposits are transferable to another course with written notice six (6) weeks prior to the start date of the course.
Once a participant has begun with yoga teacher training, there are no refunds of any paid tuition, and the full tuition is due.
If deposits are received less than two (2) weeks before the course start date, the participants risks not having all the “required provided materials” (books, manuals, etc) for the start date. They will receive the materials once they arrive.
Medical cancellations are considered if there is a doctor’s note confirming that the participant is not permitted to participate.
For the 300-hr Program:
Request to transfer registration from one module to another less than 7 (seven) days before the start date of the module are subject to a $75 module transfer fee.
Requests to transfer or cancel within 48 hours of the start date of a module will not be accepted, and the tuition payment forfeited.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Product purchases are non-refundable.
May be returned within fourteen (14) days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used, or damaged.
Products which are defective or damaged may be returned immediately for exchange.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.
ONLINE COURSES
There are no refunds for online courses.
Once purchased, you will have access to the course(s) for the duration indicated in the course description (ex: Digestive Reset programs).
HST is required for all online courses, even if you choose to use it as part of your YTT curriculum.
We reserve the right to cancel your access if we learn that you are sharing your userID and password with someone else to give them access to the course or its content.

GENERAL
The information published on this site is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages. Please be aware that Janati Yoga may alter the information on this website from time to time. Janati Yoga shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use the site or its online payment system.
REGISTRATION & PURCHASE
To register or purchase from Mona’s online booking system (we use Namastream/Hey Marvelous AND Jane Software, both with Stripe for merchant processing) you must be over eighteen years of age. You must also ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You will have to complete a New Student Form/Waiver acknowledging that you have no physical, mental or emotional limitations that prevent you from participating in the yoga classes, private sessions, workshops, and/or yoga teacher trainings offered. All participants under the age of 18 must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. All participants release Mona Warner & Janati Yoga Inc., as well as its owners, directors, managers, employees, and contractors of all liability regarding 1) injury to self or child; and 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
Participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Janati Yoga Inc. and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may change from time to time.
PAYMENTS FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All credit cards will be processed in Canadian dollars at the time of payment. Mona Warner and Janati Yoga Inc. is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
