Advanced

300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Designed for those looking to deepen their knowledge and become a qualified Yoga Teacher, this program will provide you with the skills to teach a broader audience with a variety of yoga styles. Mona Warner offers two versions of the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program: a “Pure” Yoga stream and an “Āyurvedic” Yoga stream. Each has its own distinct pathway to acquiring the 300-hours of training and this advanced program is open to those who have already completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

I am deeply grateful to Mona for offering the teachings of yoga. Throughout several years I have completed 200hrs and 300hrs of Teacher Training with her. This amazing gift has guided me through anxiety, distress, and illness. Yoga brought me through these times grounded and enriched for the experiences.

How does it work?

The program is offered in a modularized format. This allows for a rolling enrolment, which means that participants can join anytime. There is no set start date and you start when you sign up for your first module. The modularized format also helps spread out both the time commitment and the cost, and more importantly, it gives you time between modules to actually practice and integrate the information and practices. Yoga is of no value if we don’t actually practice ;)

How do the modules work?

Typically four to seven modules are offered per calendar year. This means that for most, it will take three to five years to complete this program. It also means that if a module is offered one year (say in 2020), then it is not likely to be offered again for 3 to 5 years. So if you see a topic that resonates, don’t miss out because it will be a while before it cycles back again.

Mona chooses the schedule based on the currently enrolled participants – what modules they need for completion of their certification. Each module (ex: Chair Yoga for Seniors, Trauma Responsive) counts for one module towards this 300-Hour YTT.

Sometimes, collaborative modules are also offered with Mona’s dear friend and colleague Kathryn Anne Flynn. You won’t want to miss these!
