This course can be taken as a stand-alone workshop for anyone interested in the practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Self-Care, and is also a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training module (counts as 2 modules).
The essence of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Self-Care is Practice, known as Sadhana. And to optimize the effects of practice, working towards consistent and dedicated practice becomes important. However, it can be challenging to commit in this way, in a consistent and dedicated way, especially if we are unsure of what we need and what that looks like.
Join Mona for a year of exploring practice. We’ll talk about different practices from the Yoga and Ayurveda traditions to find practices that support our self-care, so we have the resources to be fully in our lives.
Each month we will explore a different category of practice, then spend the next few weeks exploring the practices that interest us and learn the outcomes of practice.
This program is offered in a one-webinar-per-month (plus one!) format. The 12 webinars are on Tuesdays from 6:30pm ET to 8:30pm ET (2 hours):

The investment is $675 CAD (includes monthly downloadable handouts in pdf format and 1 year of access to class recordings).
